Victoria Sequeira is a self-taught and self-represented artist whose work focuses on the intersection of beauty and ugliness in the human experience. Working primarily in acrylic medium, she seeks to capture the complex and often contradictory aspects of the human condition, both inside and out.
Shape Shift is inspired by the kaleidoscopic beauty and complexities of womanhood; capturing moments of vulnerability, strength, and empowerment. This body of work invites viewers to reflect on the rich narratives and lived experiences of women, challenging societal perceptions and fostering a dialog about embracing individuality.
